Training on CA and research findings of SRFSI

With the aim of out scaling the Conservation Agriculture Sustainable Intensification (CASI) technologies and practices by using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) tools and strategies, DreamWork Solution, partner of SRFSI project undertook the project “Digo Krishi” on August 2018. 

One of the aim of the Digo Krishi Project is to disseminate the knowledge about the conservation agriculture through out the nation and in doing so the main carrier of the knowledge would be the students. Seeing students as the most important knowledge transmitter, Digo Krishi is emphasizing to train the students about CA and the findings of SRFSI. 

With this aim, to build the capacity of the agricultural students of GPCAR, Morang, the team of Digo Krishi was in Morang for the conduction of the training on CA and also to impart knowledge on how the project Digo Krishi is being run,  its activities, time frame and students involvement.

The information regarding CA and research findings was demonstrated by Mr. Aayush  Raj Dhakal with a very interactive session and that of Digo Krishi was presented by Mr. Krishna Babu Bhattarai.

The program was very interactive and a lot of questions were raised and answered during the session which also arouse the enthusiasm in the students to learn more about the conservation agriculture and to get involved in its implimentation.
